WhatsApp is one of the most used mobile applications nowadays. It was already popular when Facebook bought it, but now it’s even more popular. If you have friends that own smartphones, they’ve surely heard of WhatsApp and most likely they’re using it also. There are a total of 400 million users registered on WhatsApp and over 200 millions are monthly active users.
But what happens if you want to see when someone was last time online without logging into your WhatsApp account?
Checking someone’s last seen status without being online on your account
If you feel that your girlfriend or some friend of yours is lying to you, saying that (s)he goes to sleep and want to check out when she’s active on WhatsApp, you will be able to do that with WhatsApp Spy. This application will track the last seen and you don’t need to be online.
Installing WhatsApp Spy
First of all, you will need an Android device that will have version 2.2 or later. After that, install WhatsApp Spy 007 on it and follow the next steps.
It is good to know that this application will store all your WhatsApp contacts, so just open the application and select the connection you will want to use while running this application (Wi-Fi or Mobile data). After that, tap on “Contact” and select a contact that you want to spy. After you select a contact from the list, you will see her/his WhatsApp profile.
After a few seconds, your data connection will be enabled again and you will notice the last seen of that contact.
Running two WhatsApp on one device
If you used OGWhatsApp in the past, then you most likely know that this application had to retire because it was violating the WhatsApp Inc. policy.
This kind of application was and it’s needed by users that have dual-SIM devices and want to use both of the accounts on one device. However, there is an alternative which is a bit difficult to implement, but once you do it, you will be able to use two WhatsApp accounts on one device.
Requirements:
– Android 2.1 or later and rooted
– SwitchMe application
– A lot of space in your device
SwitchMe will allow you to log in and out using two or more users, the same way you do it on your Windows PC. With other words, each user will have its own settings, applications and data.
Running two WhatsApp on your Android device
First of all, as we told you above, you will need an Android device. If you don’t have a rooted Android device this will not work.
Install and open SwitchMe and create two different profiles in order to run two different WhatsApp accounts.
The first profile that you will create will be set as Administrator and it will contain all the applications and data that you currently have in your device. If you already have WhatsApp installed, then you will keep having it after installing SwitchMe.
Now, create a second profile, which will contain your second WhatsApp account. You will have to download and install WhatsApp for the second profile, as it will have (as we told you above) its own settings, data and applications.
After you install WhatsApp register with the second SIM number and you will be able to use two WhatsApp accounts on your device. Just switch between usernames to check messages from a WhatsApp or another. Even if this is not as good as it used to be it on OGWhatsApp, it is a great alternative that you can use.
